In order to get your DNS settings updated, you'll need to contact us via ticket. DNS management to the customer is not available as it requires in-depth technical knowledge and erroneous changes may lead to the irretrievability of part or all of the domain hosted on our DNS servers. To protect the functionality of our servers and our customers, this service is only available on request, subject to the conditions set out in article 17. Paid Services, stated in the Terms of Service.
Note: the change of domain DNS values is subject to propagation times on the Internet network. We have no control over these times, which vary from 24/48 hours or more, and are in no way responsible for the correct propagation and/or success of the operation, including any partial or total loss of functionality of the domain name and its linked services.
