Service cancellation

I'ts important to know that cancellation period starts 90 days before the end of the month and day for which the service is requested in the current year. Cancellations will not be accepted after the expiry of this period. Example: Mr. Jones ordered a service on 20.03.2021 and has already paid for it for one year, his deadline for giving notice is 20.12.2021, we accept cancellations with no delays, we accept cancellations due to bankruptcy of the business, death of the owner and very serious events. We do not accept late cancellations that can be legally prosecuted. Cancellation must be requested. The cancellation of a service, whatever its nature, must in all cases be supported by a written document signed by the holder of the active subscription or his legal representative, on headed paper with a company stamp, in the case of a company or institution. With the sending of the cancellation you implicitly accept the immediate termination of any active service, of whatever nature it is and you consider Vedova Sagl free from any responsibility about the lack of functionality of the removed services.
